Epiphone Les Paul Custom (Ebony)

Pros
- Service was perfect
- Once ordered the guitar arrived in a very reasonable time.
- All features worked on first test and work well
- Guitar sounds wonderful

Con
- After getting home I noticed that there was a small scuff near the head. Not sure if this occurred while in display at another shop but it did take away the feeling of a new 'out-of-the-box' guitar. Not sure if the demo model on showroom floor is also considered new. (I guess this negative point would not have bothered me if I had been informed that there was no new stock available and that the 1 that was available was a showroom demo.

- The pick-guard was already installed and I would have liked to have had the option whether or not I wanted it installed.
