Description

Am Speaker wurde hier nicht gespart: Ein einzelner Celestion „Seventy 80“ verrichtet in der MX112R seinen Dienst und macht dieses Cabinet damit stilistisch ähnlich vielseitig wie die MX212R. Der „Seventy 80“ entfaltet seinen rockigen Charakter auch schon im unteren Leistungsbereich und macht ihn daher gerade für Vollröhrenamps kleiner Leistung interessant.

Die sorgfältige Verarbeitung und die Verklebung der Gehäuseplatten unter hohem Druck sorgt nicht nur für Beständigkeit im rauen Alltagseinsatz, sondern verhindert auch unerwünschte Resonanzen und unterstützt die knackige Ansprache des Lautsprechers. Die Box ist transportfreundlich auf der Oberseite mit einem Tragegriff versehen und kommt im klassischen Marshall-Design.

Ausgezeichnet!

Passt prima zum DSL1HR, der vielgescholtene Seventy-8 Speaker tönt für mich ausgezeichnet (Rock & Metal), auch bei niedriger Leistung/Lautstärke. Habe die 16Ohm durch 8Ohm Speaker (auch Seventy-8) getauscht um ein Full-Stack für den DSL1HR zu bauen - bin rundum zufrieden.
