Niemand anderes als Chris Huggett, der Mann hinter legendären Synthesizern wie Bass Station, Supernova, OSCar und vielen weiteren war in die Entwicklung von Peak integriert. Der Ausgangspunkt für Peak war Bass Station II, unser analoger Mono-Synth. In Peak wurde neben den komplett analog klingenden NCOs (Numerically-Controlled Oszillators) zur Steigerung der Flexibilität 17 digitale Wavetables implementiert.
Neue Sounds von Grund auf kreieren und verfeinern
Erweitere deinen kreativen Horizont und lasse dich von neuen Dingen inspirieren. Das Modulationssystem bietet dir häufig genutzte Zuweisungen ohne Umwege direkt an. Mit nur wenigen Tastendrücken kannst du auch umfangreichere Modulationen erschaffen oder weitere Zuweisungsebenen erreichen.
Einfach an alles anschließen
Du kannst Peak über USB direkt mit deinem PC oder Mac verbinden und mit dem Spielen beginnen. Dank der MIDI Ein- und Ausgänge kannst du Peak aber auch an anderes MIDI-Equipment anschließen. Oder du bindest Peak über den CV-Modulations-Eingang in ein Modular-System ein.

Neben den analog klingenden NCOs (Numerically-Controlled Oszillators) bringt Peak auch 17 digitale Wavetables mit.
Distortion satt
In jeder Stimme stehen dir in der analogen Signalkette drei Distortions zur Verfügung: Vor dem Filter, hinter dem Filter und global.
Ausdrucksvolle Kontrolle
Peak kann polyphonen Aftertouch empfangen, was deine Ausdrucksmöglichkeiten beim Spielen deutlich vergrößert.
Oszillatoren mit Cross-Modulation
Du kannst die drei Oxford Oszillators jeder Stimme auch als lineare FM-Quelle nutzen, sowohl mit den analog klingenden NCOs (Numerically-Controlled Oszillators) als auch mit den digitalen Wavetables. Zudem hast du die Möglichkeit, diese in einem rekursiven Loop überkreuz zu modulieren.
Umfangreiches Modulations-System
Peak verfügt über eine Modulations-Matrix mit 16 Slots und 16 Direkt-Zuweisungen, die für ein intuitives Patch-Design und eine facettenreiche Sound-Bearbeitungen clever angeordnet sind. In jeder Stimme kannst du auf drei ADSR-Hüllkurven und zwei LFOs zugreifen.
Einfach schaltbare Modulation
Für Live-Performer sind die beiden Animate-Tasten perfekt, denn damit kannst du mit nur einer Berührung sofort deine Patches verändern.
Werksounds, die dich umhauen
Die Werksounds klingen beeindruckend, dafür sorgen auch Reverb, Delay und Chorus sowie der Arpeggiator.
Einfache Verbindung mit Hard- und Software
Verbinde Peak mit deiner Musik-Software und MIDI-kompatibler Hardware ? natürlich in perfekter Synchronisation. Über den CV-Modulations-Eingang kannst du Peak zusammen mit Modular-Systemen nutzen.
