The RØDECaster Video is a revolutionary all-in-one console for video and audio production, offering intuitive control over every element of your content. With NDI integration, up to four inputs and one output can be connected via Ethernet – low-latency and in high quality. Cameras, iPhones, or other NDI-compatible devices on the same network can be seamlessly integrated. The RØDE Capture app has also been expanded accordingly and now supports NDI and dual-camera streaming directly from the iPhone.
Compatible PTZ cameras can now be controlled directly from the device, including panning, tilting, and zooming. Camera positions can be saved and quickly recalled within scenes. The new Luma Key allows you to isolate dark areas of an image – ideal for titles, logos, or animations without a green screen. Key masking and layer stretching also ensure clean edges, even with an incomplete green screen.
Another new feature is the ability to use any video source as a layer. This allows you to integrate permanent picture-in-picture displays or external graphics directly into the program.
When used with a RØDECaster Pro II or Duo, you can now also automatically switch between cameras – depending on which microphone is currently active.
