Aguilar Octamizer Gen2

The classic Aguilar circuit gets a new look! The Octamizer ® is an analog octave divider that produces a wide range of musical sounds one octave below the original note. The Octamizer ® has independent volume controls for the clean and octave sounds, so adjusting the exact volume is child's play. The two separate signal paths also have their own tone controls, which were specifically developed to improve and expand the musical possibilities. The CLEAN TONE control uses a full-spectrum tilt EQ that allows you to boost the highs while cutting the bass and vice versa. This unique circuit allows you to create a clean sound that creates an octave doubling effect, or mix the two sounds for a great, thick, snappy synth tone. The Octamizer's OCTAVE FILTER control is a multipole low-pass filter that can be used to shape the octave sound from smooth and deep to edgy and synthesizer-like.
