Korg Pa5X Musikant (76 keys)

With the Pa5X MUSIKANT (76 keys), KORG is releasing an extensively equipped flagship arranger keyboard especially for the German-speaking market (and BeNeLux). The Pa5X MUSIKANT with its completely newly developed sound engine and user interface has a special user interface, which makes the keyboard easier and better to use than its predecessors: logical color codes that run through many levels, large displays and buttons, icons in Photo quality, clear graphics, thousands of inspiring sounds and lively styles for almost every music genre. The labels in German both on the control panel and in many display menus also contribute to easier operation.

The KORG Pa5X MUSIKANT with 76 lightly weighted keys has unique - and only in the Pa5X - two completely independent players that can play styles, midi files and MP3 files - no matter in which combination! It is therefore also possible to mix two styles or even play them synchronously. "Smooth Sound Transition" ensures that no notes or effects are cut off when fading or switching.

MUSIKANT contains many new styles and tones specially produced for the local culture, such as acapella band, party choirs, accordion and much more. Also included are acoustic and electric piano sounds from the KORG SV2 stage piano, synthesizer sounds come e.g. from the NAUTILUS, wavestate, ARP2600. A special round robin function ensures ultra-authentic and lively drum sounds. Of course, all these new sounds can also be found in the styles that were specially programmed for the MUSIKANT and the German-speaking entertainer.
The keyboard is of high quality with an elegant look, wooden side panels nestle against a stable aluminum housing. The real-time control of many parameters is very easy with an additional strip display and the associated buttons and faders, because the display always actively shows the value of the respective parameter. Loading processes are a thing of the past, all files and styles are available at the tap of a finger, no matter on which connected medium they are stored. An open storage structure allows user folders of almost unlimited size, in which as much fits as the up to 1TB SD memory card (optional) allows. This makes compiling data from different users very easy.

A powerful mixer with built-in finalizer levels all styles and files to the same volume level. A large chord sequence library invites you to jam, the 8-inch, tiltable and lockable tablet-quality touch display shows all chords, texts and also (midi file) notes in high-resolution.

In addition to the microphone connection (combo socket), there is a separate guitar input with its own gain, up to four guitar effects can be saved as presets and called up again for each title in the freely programmable songbook. A four-part harmonizer is also on board, as well as an autopitch function for contemporary vocal performance.

The speaker system PaAS and a suitable tripod are optionally available.
