Paiste Paperthin Crash 16"

The playing feel of the 16" Paperthin is unique. While the Formula 602 Thin Crashes are already extraordinarily soft, you hardly feel any resistance when you hit the super-light newcomers. The Paperthins react quickly with the warm and pure sound typical of the series. They disappear just as quickly as they build up. Even when struck with the hands, they ignite a lively, subtle crash sound. The cymbals are particularly recommended when warmth and transparency are more important than volume.

Paiste faithfully brings back the 602 flair not only in terms of sound, but also visually. The black logo and red printed model designation make the hearts of Formula 602 fans beat faster. Formula 602 are made exclusively by hand in Switzerland from the CuSn20 bronze used at the time. It uses traditional methods that have remained unchanged for over half a century.
