Description
The Tone City Model M V2 is a distortion/amp-in-a-box effects pedal and the big brother of the popular Tone City Golden Plexi Stompbox. The Model M features the classic British Plexi-style voicing and combines two selectable distortion channels and a switchable and adjustable boost section in one pedal. Crunch mode covers 60s and 70s rock tones from light overdrive to full crunch, while High gain mode offers a rich midrange and extreme gain - from classic rock to heavy metal with a small switch ! The switchable boost section is the perfect tool to tighten up the sound and get more volume for 'cutting' lead tones. Each Distortion channel has a separate gain control, while the Tone control acts as a master EQ for both channels.
