Cameo S2 IP

The S2 IP from Cameo – a smaller, more compact, and still outdoor-capable version of the versatile S4 IP Softlight. With its natural, diffuse light, the S2 IP is perfect for illuminating people and objects in any setting, whether on a film set, in a TV studio, or for live streaming.

Despite its smaller size, the S2 IP features an impressive 272 single SMD LEDs per color (RGBWW), arranged in a 4-cluster configuration. This ensures extremely natural color reproduction (CRI 95, TLCI 91) and an exceptional 85% coverage of the extended Rec. 2020 color space. It also offers an adjustable color temperature with a wide range from 1,800 to 10,000 Kelvin, making it suitable for use in any lighting environment.

The S2 IP’s well-thought-out design allows for easy and safe transport, and thanks to IP65 certification, it features waterproof and lockable powerCON TRUE1-compatible device connections. Control is possible via DMX, W-DMX, ArtNet, sACN, or RDM.

Controlling the S2 IP is incredibly simple, thanks to its intuitive and user-friendly interface. With just three push encoders, four quick-access buttons, and a menu display on the back of the unit, settings can be adjusted quickly and easily. Even more conveniently, the panel can be controlled via EZRemote using the optional UNICON® DMX/RDM controller.

To enhance the S2 IP’s versatility across different environments, Cameo offers a range of accessories. The package includes an Omega bracket and a standard diffuser. Some optional accessories—such as the V-mount adapter for battery operation—are also compatible with the larger S4 IP version, making it easy to switch between the two models. Additionally, customers can choose between honeycombs with 30° and 60° beam angles, an intensifier and heavy diffuser, barndoors, and an optional dark filter for discreet integration into any scene.
