Mit dem brillanten OLED-Display und der zoombaren Wellenformansicht wird die Sample-Bearbeitung im SP-404MKII zum Vergnügen. Erstelle Samples, indem du die Bearbeitungspunkte in Echtzeit eintippst oder wähle die Auto-Chop-Funtkion, um Samples automatisch zu zerteilen. Verwende Resampling, um Patterns und Effekt-Layer erneut aufzunehmen und so im Detail an deinem Sounddesign zu arbeiten. Layere und route mehrere Bus-Effekte und erstelle komplexe Sound-Texturen – oder schließe ein Instrument oder Mikrofon am Mic/Guitar-Eingang an, um mittels Vocoder, Auto Pitch, Harmony und Gitarrenverstärker-Simulationen zu jammen.

Mit dem SP-404MKII kannst du Pattern mit einzigartigem Feeling und hoher Intensität erstellen. Für eine individuelle Swing-Charakteristik stehen Quantisierung und Shuffle am Eingang zur Verfügung, Pad-Link zum Abfeuern mehrerer Samples über ein einzelnes Pad, ein Roll-Taster für die variable Noten-Wiederholung sowie BPM-pro-Bank für unmittelbare Tempowechsel. Die Box zum Samplen...

Solange man sich bewusst ist dass es eine gewisse Lernkurve gibt und man sich die Zeit nimmt das 404 kennenzulernen kann man einfach unfassbar viel Spass damit haben und ziemlich schnell unterwegs sein.

Spontanes Aufnehmen von lustigen Effekten über ein dynamisches Mic und direktes Zuschneiden und Normalisieren in wenigen Sekunden sind leicht möglich.

Jede Taste hat mehrere Belegungen und es gibt viele Shortcuts die man kennen sollte. Dann macht das 404 einfach richtig Spass.
