Die EC-10 ELCajon ermöglicht einem Cajon-Spieler, den akustischen Sound mit einem elektronischen Sound zu erweitern. Die EC-10 selbst ist ein authentisches akustisches Instrument, welches einen Lautsprecher für die Wiedergabe elektronischer Percussion-Sounds besitzt. Zu diesen gehören traditionelle Percussion-Instrumente wie Tamburin, Shaker, akustische Snare, Electronic Drums, Soundeffekte und mehr. Die EC-10 ELCajon besitzt einen internen Verstärker, kann über Batterien mit Strom versorgt werden und ist damit als Hybrid Percussion-Instrument (akustisch und elektronisch gleichzeitig) einzigartig.
