Description
VCO
Das Herzstück von SPICE sind seine beiden VCOs, die jeweils mit Rechteck- und Sägezahnwellenformen ausgestattet sind, zwei subharmonische Oszillatoren sowie ein Sektion , der Pegelregler für den Haupt-VCO und die beiden Suboszillatoren enthält. Stapeln Sie jeden dieser Oszillatoren übereinander und Sie erhalten einen schönen, geschichteten pseudopolyphonen Klang. SPICE verfügt außerdem über einen 24-dB-Ladder-Filter sowie VCA- und VCF-Hüllkurvenabschnitte für zusätzliche Gestaltung.
Sequenzer
SPICE wird mit zwei 4-Schritt-Sequenzern geliefert, die mit den 4 Polyrhythmus-Generatoren getaktet werden. Im Hintergrund läuft eine Menge Mathematik ab, aber alle Sequenzer geben ihre Daten an die Temposteuerung aus, die manuell oder über eine externe Uhr eingestellt werden kann. Sie müssen sich nur darum kümmern, dass Sie einige außergewöhnliche Polyrhythmen entwickeln können!

Obwohl SPICE kein einziges Patchkabel erforderlich ist, können Sie dank seiner semimodularen Architektur ganz einfach viele weitere Dimensionen Ihres Sounds erschließen, indem Sie es in Ihre anderen Eurorack-Synthesizer und -Module einbinden.
