Die Aktivsubwoofer der DXS-XLF-Serie gehen tiefer als jedes Modell zuvor und bieten einen erweiterten Niederfrequenzgang bis hinunter zu 30 Hz – perfekt für professionelle Tourmusiker, DJs und Tontechniker, die diesen extra tiefen, donnernden Bass brauchen, den man bei anderen Subwoofern dieser Klasse einfach nicht bekommt. Die Gehäuseaußenseiten des DXS-XLF sind mit einer langlebigen Polyurea-Beschichtung mit extrem hoher Schadensresistenz versehen, um das Gehäuse vor Kratzern zu schützen. Jedes DXS-XLF-Modell ist optional in einer Dante-ausgestatteten „D“-Version erhältlich, die eine intelligente Systemintegration mit digitalen Mischpulten von Yamaha ermöglicht.
