Paiste 22" Crisp Ride

The 22" Crisp Ride was created in collaboration with Ndugu Chancler, whose decades of session work is highly regarded worldwide. It includes hits from Weather Report, Santana, Herbie Hancock, Lionel Richie and the unmistakable drum groove in Michael Jackson's legendary song "Billy Jean". The Crisp Ride is part of the exceptional series of Artist Inspiration Cymbals. Compared to the "Dark" cymbals of the Twenty Masters Collection, the basic timbre of the Crisp Ride is lighter, but without sacrificing the velvety fullness and warmth of the CuSn20 bronze. The name comes from the clear, crisp stick definition over an easily controllable, even wash. The dome sound is also clear, but always pleasant. Ndugu Chancler named the cymbal “Rosie” in honor of his mother, which is reflected in the logo with a rose below the Dome is illustrated.
