Schlagwerk SKR Rim Shaker

he Rim Shaker combines a flexible carrier and a square shaker tube attached to the carrier.
Attached by velcro to the side of a cajon (or virtually any drum whose playing surface is at a 90° angle to the shell), the shaker aligns parallel to the playing surface.

This puts a shaker at your fingertips without having to grab it, playable by simply hitting it. The sound can be easily woven into any rhythm pattern in the natural flow of movement. No more interruptions in the flow of playing for changing the instrument in the setup.

The end of the shaker tube is wrapped with a small fleece band, so the playing surface can be struck via the tube. It produces a sound similar to a
fingertip, which further expands the sound possibilities with the Rim Shaker.
With a rubber ring that moves on the shaker tube, you can also adjust the attack of the stroke.

The RIM Shaker is presented on a natural brown display box for hanging on a standard product carrier (with Euro perforation). No plastic is used in the packaging.
