MOOER GE 200 PRO Li Amp Modelling & Multi Effects

Just months after the release of the innovative GE1000 multi-effects and amp simulation pedal, MOOER has announced a new addition to the GE series: the GE200 Pro. The pedal is an updated version of its predecessor, the GE200, and has been enhanced with MOOER's latest sound design language and features. Although it is more affordable than the GE1000, the GE200 Pro is still packed with a host of features. It features 286 advanced effects modules and amp models, giving guitarists countless combination possibilities. To further increase this flexibility, the multi-effects pedal also supports downloading MOOER's in-house MNRS amp simulation impulse response files and offers 20 free memory slots. In addition, users can download and share third-party IR box simulation files with up to 2048 points, further increasing the pedal's versatility. At the heart of the GE200 Pro is a large, high-quality 3.5" color LCD display that acts as an intuitive user interface, making navigating the pedal's extensive features a breeze. The unit's select knob can be both turned and pressed to navigate the screen, while MOOER signature quick-access module buttons and preset footswitches familiar to GE Series users ensure that the most important functions are always within reach. Adding to the GE200 Pro's unique connectivity options is an integrated expression pedal that can be configured as a volume control or effects pedal. Impressively, the pedal's 1/4" stereo jack can also be used to connect an external expression cable. The GE200 Pro also features a Groove Station mode that encourages creative practice and performance workflows. It includes a drum machine with 70 patterns, metronome, and a 60-second phrase looper that can be BPM synced. A precise built-in tuner, tap tempo control, and adjustable Global EQ settings are also integrated, contributing to an all-in-one guitar suite that eliminates the need for external pedals and devices. The GE200 Pro's audio routing is highly adaptable, offering extensive options to support any audio setup. The pedal features industry standards such as a 1/4" mono input, 1/4" stereo outputs, and a 3.5mm headphone output, but also via a parallel or serial FX loop send and return, and an XLR stereo output. Of particular note is the USB-C port for connecting to low-latency ASIO USB audio interfaces, in addition to the free MOOER Studio software and Cloud APP. Another highlight is digital connectivity with support for Bluetooth audio playback, allowing streaming of backing tracks to the GE200 Pro. Programmable MIDI inputs and outputs are also available, allowing audio engineers to dynamically control many pedal functions via a MIDI controller or DAW. The GE200 Pro's Bluetooth support also extends to connecting to the GE CLOUD app, allowing users to easily upload and download presets and sample files. The GE200 Pro will be available in two different models: the standard GE200 Pro, which runs on a conventional power supply, and the GE200 Pro Li, which can also run on an integrated lithium-ion battery. Additionally, the GE200 Pro Li features a beautiful ambient LED strip with customizable colors and display styles, adding visual flair to any performance. Overall, the GE200 Pro presents itself as a highly anticipated update to the original GE200, while also offering a more affordable alternative to MOOER's flagship GE1000.
