Seymour Duncan SH-14 Custom 5 - Bridge Humbucker (black)

Similar to a '59 model, but with a richer low bass range and more power. The SH-14 was developed by our Internet user group. They replaced the ceramic or AlNico 2 magnets from SH-5 Custom and SH-11 Custom with magnets made of AlNico 5 material. If you compare it to the SH-5 and SH-11, the SH-14 has more of a vintage sound, less distortion, but still a lot of strength and power in the tone. Undistorted, it sounds warm and full, with a splash of additional presences. Ideal for pop, country, blues, classic rock and heavy rock.
