Description

Studio effects processors sound really good, but they can bulky, complicated and expensive. Now you can have all the power and great sound of studio-grade, stereo effects processing, thanks to the ultra-affordable, and easy-to-use DIGITAL MULTI-FX FX600.

Stellar Sound
This studio-in-a-box features Flanger, Chorus, Phaser, Delay, Tremolo and Pitch Shifter, all in mind-blowing 24-bit/40 kHz resolution that turns everyday riffs into 3-D epics from the outer limits.

Delightfully Simple Operation
Just select one of the six (6) effects with the dedicated FX knob, and then use the two PAR(ameter) dials to fine-tune the effect. The LEVEL control determines how much of the effect is mixed with the original signal. The LED tells you when the FX600 is activated, and the top-quality on/off switch maintains incredible signal integrity in bypass mode. You can power this pedal with either a 9 V battery or our PSU-SB DC power supply (not included).

Awesome for the price

I know, all the purists are down on Behringer pedals. They point out that they're basically clones of various Boss and EHX pedals. They may be right. But for the money - CHF22 when I bought this multi-function thing - you cannot do better. It's worth it alone for the tremolo, which sounds really good. The other effects are all accessible one at a time by turning a rotary knob. The phaser doesn't sound great, but the flanger and chorus are okay, as is the delay. The pitch shift effect is surprisingly playable. And as the for the build quality, yes it's plastic and lacks the tank-like feeling of Boss pedals. Although a plastic body it should stand up to normal amounts of punishment.

Mixed feelings, but totally worth it

If you're new to pedals and still don't know what type of effect you need for your sounds, then this Behringer is your safest bet! For a small price I got a delay, phaser, flanger, tremolo, chorus and a pitch shifter, all sound good (especially the freq. shifter), plus, it works on batteries (Jamming in park ;)) and it has two inputs and two outputs (for nerds out there ;)).
The quality of the build is not great (it's made of plastic, but this doesn't affect the sound at all, and for the price, I guess it's a great deal), also, it doesn't come with a cable, but I found one easily.

Brand

Behringer was found in 1989 by a Swiss engineer Uli Behringer, the musician couldn't find the products he was looking for, so he decided to create his own. Currently, the product range includes synthesizers, mixers, audio interfaces, PA systems, amplifiers and much more. The company is recognized for offering affordable and cost-effective alternatives to many high-end audio equipment brands. This approach has made their products widely used by musicians, recording studios, live sound engineers, and music enthusiasts.
