The patented POKKETMIXER is a mobile and passive stereo mini DJ mixer for headphone signals.
It therefore requires no power supply.

Manual Passive
Of course, a music system with amplifiers and loudspeakers always requires a power supply. The POKKETMIXER can't solve this problem either, but it doesn't need a power supply and this makes many things possible, simpler, more mobile and more flexible!

Simple and quick set-up
celebrate everywhere! For example, with a battery-powered boom box when traveling, in the park, on the beach, etc. You can also use the powerless POKKETMIXER in your car, camper van or boat without any problems.

Pumping signals
The POKKETMIXER is designed for headphone signals (and a 32 Ohm headphone). However, headphone outputs of playback devices are not standardized and different playback devices have different volume levels at the headphone output. As the POKKETMIXER is a passive device, the maximum output volume also depends on the respective power of the playback device. See also Volume PLUS.



Important setting
The music being played should generally be set to a high volume on the player. It is also best to turn any presets (default settings) to maximum.
Different players have different volume levels. If you have two devices that are very different, then turn the weaker device to maximum and adjust the stronger device to approximately this volume.

Mixing with only one computer front page pm
If you want to mix music with a PC or notebook without a second device, you will need a second sound card, e.g. a small USB sound card (available from around 20 euros in almost any electronics store). The USB sound card is usually automatically recognized by your computer. Then simply open a second player or DJ software and assign it to the USB sound card.

Mixing with just one smartphone or tablet PC
The same is also possible with a smartphone and a "mono splitter cable" and the right app, e.g. "djay"-App from Algoriddim. Here again, two players are played in one device, with one player assigned to the left mono channel of the headphone output and the other to the right mono channel.
Using the splitter cable, you can now plug the left player into the left channel of the POKKETMIXER and the right player into the right channel.
This technique has the advantage that the speed of two players can usually be adjusted automatically. You can find a short video about this on our YouTube channel.
