Flexible in a double pack: The stereo set consists of two coordinated MC 930 small diaphragm real condenser microphones. The microphones can be used for high-quality stereo recordings using the XY or ORTF method. Manufactured by hand at the company's location in Heilbronn, the microphones are reliable companions in the studio and on live stages thanks to their excellent workmanship. The MC 930 real condenser microphone has a natural and balanced sound. Thanks to detailed bass reproduction and fine-resolution highs, the MC 930 is suitable for use with a variety of different signal sources. Whether for acoustic guitar, piano, overhead, choir, orchestra, voices or solo instruments of all kinds - there is hardly a sound source where the MC 930 is not convincing. Thanks to switchable attenuation (-15 dB), the MC 930 can also be used on loud instruments. Disturbing bass frequencies and low mids, such as those caused by impact noise or proximity effects, can be reduced by the switchable low cut with 6 dB/octave at 250 Hz. The microphone works with phantom power of 11 - 52 V. The MC 930 has a hand-made real condenser capsule. The membrane used is gold-coated and has excellent vibration and impulse behavior. This means that signals sound natural and precise throughout the entire event. The reproduction of percussive sounds is also extremely quick thanks to the excellent transient reproduction.
