Dreadbox Antidote

The Greek manufacturer's Chromatic modules are a welcome splash of color in the Eurorack standard gray. Clear layout, well thought-out features paired with excellent sound make screwing an experience for all the senses. Based on the Karplus-Strong algorithm, Dreadbox presents Antidote , a “string” module with a very special character. The circuit is based on a circuit in which noise samples circulate and pass through a low-pass filter. The processed signal is always fed back into the circuit. This results in a decay behavior very similar to a struck string. Thanks to the input for external signal sources, Antidote can also be used as a distinctive chorus, flanger or comb filter effect.
