The Portal
The EVANS Sensory Percussion Portal Audio Interface gives you more input/output flexibility than ever. Want to set up a a monster kit? You can do that with the Portal's 7 drum sensor inputs. Want to expand your Sensory Percussion experience beyond the drums? With four analog inputs, you can connect your vocal mic, synth, guitar, or any other number of devices and process them alongside your drums inside of the Sensory Percussion software. And with 8 output channels and ADAT capability, there are more ways than ever to monitor your sound--whether you’re at home, on stage, or in the studio.
Sensory Percussion 2 software:
Rebuilt from the ground up, SPv2 lets you express your musical ideas without limits. Map sounds, create sets, and tweak on the fly with an intuitive software experience.
Drum Sensors:
The new drum sensors are smaller, stronger, and sleeker. Built to last in the studio or on the road.
Portal Interface:
The first interface built for drummers, the Portal seamlessly integrates sensors and the software. You can even bring in sounds from any audio source to process within the software.
The Sensor:
The redesigned Sensor uses contactless sensing technology to track your playing with maximal responsiveness. It uses a 3.5 mm TRS cable to connect to the EVANS Sensory Percussion Portal. The Sensor is designed to fit most standard snares and toms with metal or wood hoops and kick drums with wood hoops.
