Cympad 2er-Set / 80mm

The Cympad is a new product for reducing the volume of drum cymbals. The time of deafening cymbal hits is now over! The Cympad is a ring made of cellular rubber and replaces the lower felt of the cymbal stand. Compared to conventional cymbal felt, the cympads are larger in diameter and thus reduced vibration of the cymbal is achieved. This reduced vibration also affects the volume, but not the sound properties of the cymbal. The ring has a thickness of 15mm and is available in diameters of 50, 60, 70, 80 and 90mm. This selection allows the drummer to adjust the volume of the cymbals to suit the circumstances. The Cympad proves to be particularly useful in small, strongly resonating venues. Tests have shown that the use of cympads in diameters of 80mm and 90mm can reduce the volume of the cymbals by 20 to 25%! The Cympad is the absolute solution to the problem of always too loud cymbals and therefore belongs in every drummer's bag!
