Dunlop MXR Jimi Hendrix Limited Edition Gypsy Fuzz

in 1969 and 1970 Jimi Hendrix played his most famous live shows - "Live at Woodstock", "Live at Berkeley" and "Live at the Filmore East". For these he used a mysterious red fuzz face with white knobs. This fuzz sounded quite different from the others in his arsenal, with a much more aggressive and biting sound. Dunlop's experts analyzed custom-made circuits for the Gypsy Fuzz, which had been used by Jimi Hendrix over the years. They found a special Octavio circuit that had no upper octave in the signal. After some minor adjustments, there it was: that exact sound, and now available in the Dunlop Jimi Hendrix Gypsy Fuzz Limited Edition. This Gypsy Fuzz comes printed with the iconic colorful artwork of legendary rock artist Gered Mankowitz.
