I've been testing all kinds of strings on my '73 Gibson Hummingbird Custom.
Trying hard to avoid putting a lot of strain on neck and top/bridge I find these strings the perfect balance for a warm sound without the finger noise of bronze type strings...
bought these strings for a student who was struggling with heavy gauge strings.. these extra light strings are just perfect to play and also sound just fine...
